I have a Caracal F-QS and I am really happy with it. It has never had a hiccup - ever. I admit to being very ambivalent about sending it back for replacement, since I don't yet know what I'll get back. Can anyone who's actually gotten a replacement gun compare the pre-recall pistol with the one they got back after the replacement was done? Is the trigger as smooth? What is the pull weight on the new trigger? Any FTF, FTE, etc. in the new one? I don't necessarily want to ignore a safety issue, but I don't want to lose all the benefits of a Caracal when I replace a gun that has never, ever given me a single reason to doubt it. Anyone?
