I now own 5 mags for my Caracal. Has anyone found a satisfactory way to discretely number or mark their mags? The poly baseplates seem very thin.

    Thanks,

    Jim

I have a label making machine, I make small tags and the tags are glued to the base plate.
my caracal = c1,c2... steyr = s1, s2. my glock 9mm mags are marked 91, 92, glock 45 mags are 41.42, my fn is unique on it's own so it's just 1,2,3 and so on, just make up unique marking for each caliber you have.

some people paint their base plates but if you ever want to sell the gun or mags you've taken away value with paint, the labels just peel off.
